A considered partnership for trusted introducers
See how trusted introducers work with Ola Kotun through warm introductions, clear consent, confidentiality and a transparent no-fee model.
A trusted introduction is rarely a hand-off. It is a careful act of stewardship: a private banker, family-office adviser, lawyer or physician recognises that a principal needs an independent medical concierge, then opens a warm email to Ola Kotun. The principal is copied where appropriate. From there, Ola holds a confidential thirty-minute brief at no charge, before any work or scope is agreed. The introducer’s role is clear, useful and proportionate: make the connection, then let the principal speak for themselves.
Collaboration works because expectations are settled early. With the principal’s consent, the introducer hears that an engagement has begun and later that it has concluded. They do not receive clinical detail, decisions or outcomes unless the principal asks Ola to share them. Confidentiality runs to the introducer as much as to the client. That boundary protects trust on both sides, while giving the adviser enough certainty to know the introduction was received and handled properly.
Ola sits alongside, rather than replaces, the principal’s existing advisory bench: family office, private bank, lawyer and tax adviser. Her role is to help the client choose, scrutinise and use a clinician well. That distinction matters. It keeps each professional within their proper remit and makes collaboration easier to explain, especially where several advisers are coordinating around one person’s priorities.
Five Delphi is paid only by its clients. No referral fees are paid or received in either direction, and no commercial relationship exists with a clinic, hospital or pharmaceutical company. The no-conflicts position is confirmed annually in writing and can be shared with a compliance team on request. Before an engagement begins, a standard mutual NDA and the professional indemnity and public liability insurance certificate are also available on request.
Good introductions depend on discretion as much as responsiveness. Engagement documents, letters, briefs and evidence packs are delivered in plain envelopes and structured for discreet handling. Sensitive clinical detail can sit in a separate appendix, which may be excluded from forwarding when needed. An introducer can email Ola in confidence or request an introduction through the page’s direct line. She will reply within the hour, while the principal remains in control of consent, information and next steps. This practical rhythm respects established relationships: advisers can remain informed about process without becoming party to private medical matters, and principals can decide who receives what, and when.
